Flowers raise important funds for YSB
When you send or purchase flowers for important occasions and events your purchase can benefit YSB. How? YSB recently established a partnership with McHenry Flowers/Mary’s Flowers in McHenry County, IL. Their “Flowers for a Great Cause” program donates 10% of all in-area purchases and $3.00 of all out-of-area purchases to our organization. These donated funds will be used to further our mission to enhance the quality of life for children and families in McHenry County.

Volunteer
People make a difference in the lives of children in many ways. YSB is always looking for a “few good people” to serve on the Board of Directors, to help with event planning and fundraising, and to serve on community advisory groups.
Fundraising
Twice each year, YSB conducts events to raise funds for the agency programs. Sponsorship opportunities exist and there are many ways to help. Check our News & Events page for information on upcoming fundraisers.
The Kroozers Cars for Kids fundraiser is held every year the third Saturday of August on the Woodstock Square. See our photo gallery of our 2009 event where over 300 classic cars were on display, and more than $17,000 was raised to help children and families in our community.
