Centegra Health System Sponsors YSB Fundraiser Kroozers Cars for Kids
YSB is the fortunate recipient of a $650 dollar donation from Centegra Health System. It is for the Kroozers Cars for Kids fundraiser being held Saturday, August 18th. The donation will cover the cost of the event D.J. that spins the 50/60’s music at this fun annual fundraiser for YSB. This will increase the earnings from the fundraiser that support the organization’s efforts to improve the mental health and well-being of children in McHenry County. Centegra Health System has been a consistent supporter of this fundraiser. YSB appreciates the generosity of Centegra Health System for this donation.
The ‘Kroozers Cars for Kids’ fundraiser is in its eleventh year and features 300+ antique and classic cars on display on the Woodstock Square. There are raffles for a Philips 32” LCD HDTV and a Nintendo WII game system as well as a 50/50 cash raffle. Raffle tickets are available now from YSB at $5.00 each, or 6 for $25.00. Cash raffle tickets are sold at the event for $1.00 each. Winners of the raffles need not be present to win. There will be great food and cars and is free for the public to attend.
