Youth Service Bureau receives grant

Woodstock, IL – The McHenry County Community Foundation presented YSB with a grant check for $5,000. The grant money is for Life Skills Education provided to the youth at the Lakewood Neighborhood Resource Center. The Resource Center is located at the Lakewood Apartment Complex in Woodstock. The center provides the children of the apartment complex learning, social activities and a safe environment.

YSB is a not-for-profit organization that has been caring for children and families in McHenry County for 30 years by providing affordable, caring counseling and prevention services to the community.
