Job Openings Outpatient Therapist:Employment Category:Exempt Qualifications Required:Master’s Degree in social work or related field.
1-5 years experience in field.
Licensure Certification Required:Not required, but recommended. LCSW, LCPC or LSW, LCP in pursuit of licensed status. Knowledge Required:General knowledge of counseling, specific to child and family work. Knowledge of child/adolescent development; family systems; etiology of abuse / neglect; knowledge of juvenile court act and child welfare system; knowledge of community resources. Knowledge in specific subject areas may be required for some caseload assignments (i.e., sexual abuse treatment, Intake, etc.). Organizational Relationships:Supervised by Clinical Supervisory staff. Functions as part of treatment including client, family, co-workers and other service providers. Duties and Responsibilities:
